017 Shop
017 provides an original perspective on fashion through a diverse and thoughtful
selection of designers. We stand out from the current climate in fashion because
of our distinctive sensibilities when it comes to purchasing items for our
space. Our unorthodox buying strategies are designed to create a product
selection that converges to provide the customer with the best available
collections. If we do not have full faith in a brand and their product, we
simply will not carry it.

The Quick Nickel
With a near constant arrival of clothing for both men and women, we’ve been the
go-to boutique for the fashion (and budget) savvy residents of the West End…and
throughout all of Vancouver, for that matter. And though many styles have come
and gone since we first opened our doors – since 1989 – there’s one thing that
has remained in fashion and that is our promise to always offer labels for less.

BC Society of the Museum of Original Costume
We are already home to thousands of artifacts that date from circa 1800 to
today. From glamour and glitz to everyday grit, we preserve the stories of how
people have adorned themselves in all walks of life. We hold considerable items
from the 19th Century but the strength of the collection is post-World War II
Ready -to -Wear featuring many Canadian designers and local history.
