The Collingwood Business Improvement Association develops and implements a variety of business building and community enhancement programs. In true Gastown nature, we are one of the oldest BIA’s in the city (also making us one of the wisest in the game). We are one of 22 BIA’s in Vancouver and get along extremely well with all of our neighbours.
